DESCRIPTION:
SikaTack® Go4it! is an adhesive for gluing car windshields to be applied cold with a safe vehicle return time of 4 hours. This product is simply extruded with a manual gun, is suitable for applications without black primer and combines quality with safety.
SikaTack® Go4it! it is specifically formulated for the replacement of car glass.

Application:
SikaTack® Go4it! has been specially formulated for the car windshield replacement sector. Given its excellent properties it is suitable for applications both in the workshop and with mobile service in areas with hot-humid climate conditions.
SIKA PRIMER 207:
Sika Primer-207 is a black solvent-based primer, which reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer. This layer acts as a link between substrates and adhesives. Sika Primer-207 is specifically formulated for treating the bonding surface prior to the application of Sika one-component polyurethanes. This primer could provide excellent adhesion without a prior activation step on many substrates. Sika Primer-207 fluoresces under UV light for a limited period of time. This function is used during the checking process.lo.

Application:
Sika Primer-207 is used to improve adhesion on a very wide range of different substrates such as float glass, ceramic glass, plastics, pre-coatings, painted surfaces, electronic coatings and metals. Seek advice from the manufacturer and carry out tests on original substrates before using Sika Primer-207 on materials subject to stress cracking.g.

The REACH restriction is briefly explained below.
In August 2020, the European Union introduced a new REACH restriction on the use of products containing more than 0.1% monomeric diisocyanates.
These new rules will also apply to products such as polyurethane adhesives, sealants, coatings or injections used in industrial production.
The objective of this restriction is to reduce the health risks associated with diisocyanates by ensuring that workers handling these substances are adequately informed and trained.
Many users of polyurethanes in Europe will need to attend specific worker health and safety courses to continue using these materials.
The training courses are created with the aim of improving the health and safety of workers at work.
Employers are responsible for training employees by August 24, 2023.
