Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery Italy (*excluding islands and ADR goods):
Shipping costs are fixed at €5.99ᵃ, and will be FREE for orders over €55ᵇ.
You may add anything you like to the cart; if you reach €55ᵇ or more, shipping will be FREE, while if your order total does not reach €55, you will pay only €5.99ᵃ.
To check the actual shipping costs, add the products to the cart, click on the cart and check the actual costs in the "shipping estimate" section below the added products.
Shipping Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and Basilicata:
The shipping cost for the regions listed above is €14ᵃ with free shipping over €150ᵇ.
Shipping for HEAVY goods (over 75kg):
For products weighing more than 75Kg, shipping by pallet and with an authorised carrier is provided; for shipments with goods under 75Kg, the rules stated above apply. From 75Kg to 100Kg the cost is €8, from 101Kg to 449Kg the cost is €30, and from 450Kg upwards the cost is €65; regardless of the order amount, these rates apply.
Attention: for these shipments the goods are left "at the roadside"; transport beyond the truck is not included in the cost. For this service, contact us or check the extra costs.
Extra costs:
Telephone notice with delivery on an agreed day: €10
Delivery with porter service (example: carrying the goods inside the garage): €25
Shipping of ADR goods (thinners and solvents from 10LT upwards):
For ADR products, shipping by an authorised courier is provided; the shipping cost for these hazardous goods is always chargeable and is €65ᵃ
The order will be shipped within 48Hᵈ of receipt of payment subject to availability.
The courier will deliver within 24/48 hours, 2 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and Basilicata.
For each shipment, tracking will be sent by email so you can follow the shipment status in real time.
If you do not receive it, please check that the email address is correct and/or check your SPAM / Junk Mail folder.
Please note that it is possible to ship the order to a collection point or to the courier's final depot; the costs will remain the same.
We also offer the option of cash on delivery (only for shipments within Italy for a maximum of €500).
It will be necessary to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to hand over to the courier; in the event of non-payment, 2 days will be available to arrange delivery again. After the second day, the shipment will be returned to our premises. Once the shipment has been returned, a block will be placed on the customer account and it will therefore no longer be possible to make shipments with cash on delivery.
Some products fall within the categories of goods NOT transportable by express courier; these products are governed by ADR regulations.
Therefore, they will be shipped with a dedicated courier and shipping times may be extended to up to one week.

Shipping costs are fixed at €18.30ᵃ, and will be FREE for orders over €150ᵇ.
You may add anything you like to the cart; if you reach €150ᵇ or more, shipping will be FREE, while if your order total does not reach €150, you will pay €18.30ᵃ.

What to do in the event of damage due to transport or suspicion of missing products:
- Make a specific reservation, that is, accept delivery but sign the courier's document writing "Accepted with reservation" and specifying the reasons in detail.
- Refuse the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept with reservation or if the damage is visible without opening the packages. Without written reservation, it will not be possible to claim for damage or shortages.
