Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery Italy (*excluding islands and ADR goods):
Shipping costs are fixed at €5.99ᵃ, will be FREE with orders over €55ᵇ.
You can add anything you want to your cart; if your total reaches €55ᵇ or more, shipping will be FREE. If your order total is less than €55, you will only pay €5.99 for shipping.ᵃ.
Shipping to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and Basilicata:
The shipping cost for the regions listed above is €15ᵃ with free shipping on orders over €150ᵇ.
ADR goods shipments (thinners and solvents from 10L and above):
For ADR products, shipping is carried out by an authorized courier. The shipping cost for these hazardous goods is always payable and amounts to €65.ᵃ
The order will be shipped within 48 hoursᵈ upon receipt of payment Subject to availability.
The courier will deliver within 24 to 48 hours, 2 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and Basilicata.
For each shipment, the tracking information will be sent via email to allow real-time monitoring of the shipment status.
If you do not receive it, please check that your email address is correct and/or look in your SPAM / Junk Mail folder.
Please note that it is possible to have the order shipped to a pickup point or to the courier's final location; the costs will remain the same.
We also offer the option to pay on delivery (Available only for shipments within Italy, up to a maximum of €500).

After the second day, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once the shipment has been returned, a block will be placed on the customer's account, and it will no longer be possible to make shipments with payment on delivery.
Some products fall under categories of goods NOT transportable by express courier; these products are regulated by ADR regulations.
Therefore, they will be shipped via a dedicated courier, and the shipping times may extend up to one week.
How to proceed in case of damage caused by Transport or suspected missing products:
- Express a specific reservation, that is, accept the delivery but sign the courier's document by writing "Accepted with reservation," specifying the reasons in detail.
- Reject damaged goods if it is not possible to accept them with reservation or if the damage is visible without opening the packages. Without a written reservation, it will not be possible to claim for damages or shortages.
