Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are fixed at 5.99€ᵃ , will be FREE with orders over 55€ᵇ .
You can enter everything you want in the cart, if you reach 55ᵇ or higher the shipping will be FREE, while if the total of your order does not reach 55 you will pay only 5.9999€ᵃ .
The order will be shipped within 48H ᵈ of receipt of payment.
The courier will deliver within 24/48 hours, 2 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and Basilicata.
DURING THIS PERIOD, DELAYS COULD OCCUR WITH RESPECT TO THE USUAL TIMING.
For each shipment, tracking will be sent by email in order to follow the status of the shipment in real time.
If you do not receive it, please check the correctness of the email and / or check SPAM / Junk Mail.
We remind you that it is possible to ship the order to a collection point or to the courier's final location, the costs will remain the same.
We also offer the possibility of making payment on delivery (Only for shipments in the Italian territory for a maximum of 500).
It will be necessary to have at the time of delivery the exact amount to be delivered to the courier, in case of non-payment you will have 2 days to be able to make the delivery again, after the second day the shipment will be returned to our office, one once the shipment has been returned, a block will be inserted in the customer account and it will therefore no longer be possible to ship with payment on delivery.
Some products fall into the categories of goods NOT transportable by express courier, these products are governed by the ADR rules.
Therefore they will be shipped with a special courier and the shipping times will also extend up to a week.
What to do in case of damage due to transport or suspected lack of products:
- Express a specific reservation, ie accept the delivery but sign the courier's document by writing "I accept with reservation" specifying the reasons in detail.
- Reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the packages. Without written reservation it will not be possible to claim for damages or shortcomings.
