Shipping and Delivery Italy (*excluding islands and ADR goods):
Shipping costs are fixed at 5,99€ᵃ, and will be FREE for orders over 55€ᵇ.
You can add anything you want to your cart; if you reach 55€ᵇ or more, shipping will be FREE, while if your order total does not reach 55€, you will pay only 5,99€ᵃ.

Shipping to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and Basilicata:
The shipping cost for the regions listed above is 14€ᵃ with free shipping over 150€ᵇ.
Shipping for HEAVY goods (over 75kg):
For products weighing more than 75Kg, shipment on a pallet with an authorized carrier is provided; for shipments of goods under 75Kg, the rules listed above apply. From 75Kg to 100Kg the cost is 8€, from 101Kg to 449Kg the cost is 30€, and from 450Kg upward the cost is 65€; these rates apply regardless of the order amount.
Attention: for these shipments, the goods are left at the roadside; transport beyond the truck is not included in the cost. For the service, contact us or check the extra costs.
Extra costs:
Telephone notice with delivery on an agreed day: 10€
Delivery with Porterage (example: bringing the goods inside the garage): 25€
Shipping for ADR goods (thinners and solvents from 10LT upward):
For ADR products, shipping with an authorized carrier is required; the shipping cost for these dangerous goods is always charged and is 65€ᵃ
The order will be shipped within 48Hᵈ from receipt of payment, subject to availability.
The courier will deliver within 24/48 hours, 2 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and Basilicata.
For every shipment, tracking will be sent by email so you can follow the shipping status in real time.
If you do not receive it, please check that your email address is correct and/or check your SPAM / Junk Mail folder.
Please note that it is possible to ship the order to a pickup point or to the courier's final depot; the costs will remain the same.
We also offer the option to pay on delivery (Only for shipments within Italy up to a maximum of 500€).
It will be necessary to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to hand to the courier; in the event of non-payment, you will have 2 days available to arrange delivery again. After the second day, the shipment will be returned to our premises; once the shipment has been returned, a block will be placed on the customer account and it will therefore no longer be possible to make shipments with payment on delivery.
Some products fall into categories of goods that CANNOT be transported by express courier; these products are regulated by ADR rules.
Therefore, they will be shipped with a dedicated courier and shipping times may be extended by up to one week.

Shipping costs are fixed at 18.30€ᵃ, and will be FREE for orders over 150€ᵇ.

What to do in case of damage due to Transport or suspected missing products:
- State a specific reservation, that is, accept the delivery but sign the courier's document writing "Accepted with reservation" and specifying the reasons in detail.
- Reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept with reservation or if the damage is visible without opening the packages. Without a written reservation, it will not be possible to claim for damage or shortages.
