Shipping and Delivery Italy (*excluding islands and ADR goods):
Shipping costs are fixed at €5.99ᵃ, will be FREE for orders over €55ᵇ.
You can add anything you want to your cart; if you reach €55ᵇ or more, shipping will be FREE, while if your order total does not reach €55 you will only pay €5.99ᵃ.
Shipping to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and Basilicata:
The shipping cost for the above regions is €14ᵃ with free shipping for orders over €150ᵇ.
Shipping ADR goods (thinners and solvents from 10LT and up):
For ADR products, shipping is carried out by an authorized courier, the shipping cost for these dangerous goods is always charged and is €65ᵃ
The order will be shipped within 48Hᵈ of receiving payment, subject to availability.
The courier will deliver within 24/48 hours, 2 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and Basilicata.
For every shipment, tracking will be sent by email so you can follow the status of your shipment in real time.
If you do not receive it, please check that your email is correct and/or check your SPAM / Junk Mail folder.
Please note that it is possible to ship your order to a pick-up point or to the courier's final branch, costs will remain the same.
We also offer the option to pay on delivery (Only for shipments within Italy for a maximum of €500).
You will need to have the exact amount available at the time of delivery to give to the courier; in case of non-payment, you will have 2 days to arrange a new delivery. After the second day, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Once the shipment is returned, a block will be placed on the customer account and it will no longer be possible to use cash on delivery.
Some products fall into the categories of goods that CANNOT be transported by express courier; these products are regulated by ADR rules.
Therefore, they will be shipped with a dedicated courier and shipping times may be extended up to a week.
What to do in case of damage due to transport or suspected missing products:
- Make a specific reservation, that is, accept the delivery but sign the courier's document writing "Accepted with reservation" specifying the reasons in detail.
- Reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept with reservation or if the damage is visible without opening the packages. Without a written reservation, it will not be possible to claim for damages or shortages.
