Returns and Refunds Policy – Net Coatings

This Policy governs the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and managing returns for purchases made on the website https://netcoatings.shop, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

1. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The period begins on the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Net Coatings Srl of their decision by means of an explicit declaration.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by one of the following methods:

Upon completion of the electronic procedure, the Customer will receive without delay an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal declaration on a durable medium at the email address provided.

2. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  • supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalised, by way of example: enamels, paints, spray cans or products made to a specific colour request, including standard RAL colours or samples;
  • supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly;
  • supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or health protection reasons and that were unsealed after delivery;
  • goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products.

3. Conditions for accepting a return

Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the return is requested within 14 days of delivery;
  • the product is returned intact, undamaged and not used beyond what is strictly necessary to verify its nature and characteristics;
  • the product is returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts;
  • the product does not fall within the excluded categories referred to in point 2.

Net Coatings Srl reserves the right to refuse the return if the above conditions are not met.

4. Return procedure

Once the return has been authorised, the Customer must ship the product to the address communicated by Customer Service.

Unless otherwise agreed or otherwise indicated by Net Coatings Srl:

  • return shipping costs are borne by the Customer;
  • the Customer is responsible for the shipment until receipt at our warehouse.

5. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, Net Coatings Srl will issue the refund within 14 (fourteen) days.

The refund will be made:

  • using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the Customer;
  • in the case of cash on delivery, by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the Customer.

The refund covers exclusively the value of the returned goods.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error attributable to Net Coatings Srl or to a defective product.

In the case of withdrawal due to change of mind, Net Coatings Srl reserves the right to withhold an amount equal to €5,99 as a contribution toward return shipping handling costs, and in the case of cash on delivery the cash-on-delivery fee of 7€

6. Returns for defective products or shipping errors

If the Customer receives:

  • defective products;
  • damaged products;
  • products that do not conform to the order placed;

they must notify us promptly, and in any case within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Net Coatings Srl will bear the return costs;
  • the Customer will be entitled to a replacement product or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

6.1 Withdrawal via electronic button

Pursuant to the applicable legislation, the Customer may also exercise the right of withdrawal through the dedicated electronic procedure available on the website www.netcoatings.shop.

The procedure is carried out in two stages:

• completion of the required order details;
• explicit confirmation of the intention to withdraw from the contract by means of the dedicated confirmation button.

At the end of the procedure, the Customer will receive without delay an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal declaration on a durable medium at the email address provided.

Use of the electronic procedure constitutes an additional method of exercising the right of withdrawal and does not limit the other methods provided for by the applicable legislation.
