If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy. 

The following terms apply to all products purchased with us**.

Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • The Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Net Coatings Srl, Via Emilia, 2 - Monselice -35043 -PD.

 

  • The goods yes refer to the items offered for sale on Our Website.

 

  • The orders indicate a request from the user to purchase goods from us.

 

  • Service yes refers to the Site.

 

 

  • The user indicates the person who accesses or uses the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such person accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.

 

Your order cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason for doing so, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.

**Except for Nail Polishes and Sample Dyes, RAL or any goods packaged or modified for the user, these goods are NOT subject to returns and/or refunds tothe senses of theart. 59 of legislative decree 06/09/2005 no. 206**

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will refund you within 14 days at the latest from the day we receive the returned goods.

 We will use the same payment methods used by the User for the Order, and the User will not incur any costs for such a refund. If you purchased with CASH ON DELIVERY, please provide us with an IBAN to make the refund transfer.

The refund will include the total of the goods purchased and returned, excluding shipping costs, unless the reasons for the return are due to Net Coatings.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to Net Coatings.

NO refund method other than the one used at the time of purchase will be used, not even upon request.

For example: 

Order payment with PayPal will be refunded to PayPal

Order payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card.

Return Conditions

To ensure that goods are eligible for return, make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods show no damage
  • The goods have not been opened and/or used.
  • The goods are not personalized or custom-made.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods packaged according to Your instructions or clearly customized (e.g., enamels and spray cans in RAL color of your choice).
  • The supply of Goods that by their nature are not suitable for being returned, deteriorate quickly, or are expired.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been opened after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
