Thank you for shopping at Net Coatings.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy. 

The following terms apply to all products purchased with us.

Interpretation

The words whose initial letter is capitalized have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the yesngular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • The Company (referred to as "the Company", "Us", "We" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Net Coatings Srl, Via Emilia, 2 - Monselice -35043 -PD.

 

  • The goods yes refer to the items offered for sale on Our Website.

 

  • Orders indicate a request from the user to purchase goods from us.

 

  • Service si refers to the Site.

 

 

  • The user indicates the person who accesses or uses the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such person accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.

 

Your order cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason for doing so, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Except for Nail Polishes and Sample Dyes, RAL or any goods packaged or modified for the user, these goods are NOT subject to returns and/or refunds.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision via:

 

 

We will refund you within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

 We will use the same payment methods used by the User for the Order and the User will not incur any cost for this refund. If you purchased with COD (cash on delivery), please provide us with an IBAN to make the refund transfer.

No method of refund different from the one used at the time of purchase will be used, not even upon request.

For example: 

Order payment with PayPal will be refunded to PayPal

Order payment with credit card will be refunded to the same credit card.

Return conditions

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, make sure that:

  • The goods have been purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The merchandise is undamaged
  • The merchandise has not been opened and/or used.
  • The goods must not be personalized or specially produced.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods packaged according to Your specifications or clearly customized (for example, nail polishes and spray cans in chosen RAL colors).
  • The supply of Goods that by their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or are expired.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods that, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
