Alkyd enamel with fast drying, particularly suitable for painting agricultural machinery, earthmoving, construction, road equipment, and vehicles.
Forms an elastic film with good external resistance, excellent gloss in the case of the glossy finish, good resistance to water and hydrocarbons already after 24 hours from application, does not wrinkle if applied in thick layers.
Package starting from 1kg.
Application:
It is applied by spray with traditional guns, with airless systems, and by brush.
Drying can be accelerated in an oven at a maximum temperature of 60-80°C for at least 40 minutes.
To achieve proper drying of the enamel, it is advisable that this does not occur at temperatures below 10°C and with relative humidity not exceeding 70%.
Cycle:
A pretreatment with megasid epoxy primer or anti-rust is recommended.
Technical data:
Solid Content (w/w): 52.9 ± 1 %
Viscosity (DIN4/25°C): 60 - 100 sec
Theoretical Yield:
at 30 Microns: 8 sqm ± by spray, for brush and roller approximately 30% is lost
Thinning:
20% by weight with nitro NC thinner
Air drying:
Dust-free: 15 – 20 Minutes
Touch dry: 30 min – 1 hour
Through dry: 24 hours
