SikaForce®-7780 L12 is a flexible two-component polyurethane compound developed for filling, levelling and surface compensation operations in industry and the transport sector. After the two components are mixed, the product is initially fluid, making it easy to fill cavities and irregularities; after about 3 minutes it becomes thixotropic, allowing application with a spatula without sagging. Its rapid hardening helps reduce processing times and quickly move on to subsequent operations such as sanding, painting or assembly. The formulation offers a high combination of mechanical strength and flexibility, maintaining long-term stability even in the presence of vibrations and stress. It is suitable for levelling flooring elements, filling cavities and compensating surfaces in the construction of industrial vehicles, buses, caravans, rail vehicles and in numerous industrial applications where an easy-to-work, durable and long-lasting material is required. The product can be applied manually or through automatic dosing and mixing systems, ensuring professional results in both craft work and industrial production.

Mix the two components thoroughly, following the ratio indicated on the packaging. Apply the product immediately to the surface to be filled or levelled. In the first few minutes, the mixture remains fluid, making it easy to fill cavities; it then takes on a thixotropic consistency that allows it to be shaped with a spatula without sagging. Allow it to harden completely before sanding, painting, or carrying out further processing. The product can be applied manually or by means of dedicated dosing and mixing equipment.

Completely emptied packaging must be disposed of in the separate waste collection system in accordance with your local municipal regulations. Any uncured product residues must be disposed of as hazardous waste in compliance with current regulations. Do not release the product or container into the environment.
