Sikaflex® SOLO is a glass windshield adhesive that requires no primer and contains no solvents, offering 3 hours of Minimum Drive-Away Time (MDAT).
Provides a long open time and ensures a safe application even in hot environments.
The installations carried out with Sikaflex® SOLO do not leave unpleasant odors in the car after replacing the windshield.
Note: the application without primer on glass requires the preparation of the glass using an automotive-grade glass cleaner such as Sika® Cleaner G+P.
The bonding surfaces must be free of contaminants and have adequate protection from UV rays.

USES:
Sikaflex® SOLO is intended for use only by experienced professional users.
This product and the related information on its use are designed for the replacement of automotive glass.
For other applications, it is necessary to conduct tests with substrates and real conditions to ensure the adhesion and compatibility of the materials.
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, dust, and contaminants.
Bonding surfaces should be prepared with an automotive-grade glass cleaner such as Sika® Cleaner G+P.
Sikaflex® SOLO is capable of bonding to glass and screen prints without further pre-treatment.

It is compatible with Sika's Black-Primerless or All Black installation process.
Windshields without ceramic coatings require adequate protection from UV rays.
APPLICATION:
It is recommended to apply the adhesive with a piston-type gun. Sikaflex® SOLO can be applied with good quality manual guns.
Please note that viscosity will increase at low temperatures. For easy application, bring the adhesive to room temperature before use.
The open time is significantly shorter in hot and humid climates. The glass must always be installed within the open time.
Never install glass after the adhesive has formed a skin.
REMOVAL:
Uncured Sikaflex® SOLO can be removed from tools and equipment with Sika® Remover-208 or another suitable solvent.
Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.
Hands and exposed skin must be washed immediately using hand wipes such as Sika® Cleaner-350H or a suitable industrial hand cleaner and water.
Do not use solvents on the skin.

Recycle only if perfectly clean and empty.
Otherwise, recycle at appropriate ecological centers.
