High-performance assembly adhesive and sealant for glass with the possibility of being accelerated 

Sikaflex®-668 is based on Purform® technology. Purform® technology enables the production of high-performance polyurethane products with less than 0.1% monomeric diisocyanate for better health and safety protection at work. Sikaflex®-668 is an adhesive system specially designed for the railway vehicle industry. The product is suitable for bonding assemblies and glass. Its excellent weather resistance and outstanding resistance to a wide range of detergents make the product ideal for exterior joints. Sikaflex®-668 can be accelerated with SikaBooster® and Sika® PowerCure systems.

USE:

Sikaflex®-668 is designed for assembly and direct glazing applications for bonding in the manufacture of railway and commercial vehicles and for the repair market, featuring excellent workability and smoothing characteristics. The adhesive is suitable for exterior joints due to its excellent weather resistance and outstanding resistance to a wide range of detergents. Consult the manufacturer before using Sikaflex®-668 on materials prone to stress cracking. This product is intended exclusively for use by professionals with the necessary experience. To ensure adhesion and material compatibility, conduct preliminary tests with substrates under real conditions.
