Sikaflex®-521 UV is a single-component, weather-resistant sealant based on Silane Terminated Polymers (STP) that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture. This multipurpose product is suitable for indoor and outdoor sealing applications. Sikaflex®-521 UV adheres well to a wide range of substrates and is suitable for bonding and elastic sealing. Suitable substrates include wood, metals, metal primers, and painted surfaces (two-component systems), ceramic materials, and plastics. Seek advice from the manufacturer and carry out tests on the original substrates before using Sikaflex®-521 UV on materials subject to stress cracking. This product is suitable only for experienced professional users. To ensure adhesion and material compatibility, testing with the substrates under real conditions is necessary.

How to use it:
Sikaflex®-521 UV can be processed between 5 °C and 40 °C, but variations in reactivity and application properties must be taken into consideration.
The optimum temperature for substrates and sealant is between 15 °C and 25 °C. Sikaflex®-521 UV can be processed with manual, pneumatic, or electric piston guns, as well as with pumping equipment.
Recycle only if perfectly clean and empty, or recycle at designated recycling centres.
