ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL MODULE
Electronic speed control The speed control ring allows the operator to change the maximum speed of the tool without having to remove or move his hands. The ring, of increased size, makes the operation easier and faster: just a finger! The greater visibility of the numbers and a more precise response of the adjustment, makes the speed changes more controllable, allowing the operator to choose the exact speed suitable for the job without having to stop polishing.

ROTORBITAL : the operating disc, typically circular, describes an orbit (whose amplitude depends on the distance between the rotation axis of the drive shaft and the central axis of the operating disc) and is free to rotate around its own central axis (typically thanks to the aid of an idle pin), but without the rotation of the disc being imposed by any driving force. The operating disc, in fact, is free to rotate at very variable speeds due to the centrifugal force of the rotation of the eccentric unit and the effect of friction. If the frictions were such as to prevent the rotation of the disc while the tool is still in operation, the random orbital movement would simply become an orbital movement. The number of rotations of the disc is variable and independent of the number of orbits performed. The random orbital movement is currently the best compromise in terms of efficacy and quality of surface treatment.

PROGRESSIVE ACCELERATOR
A further contribution to optimal control comes from the new progressive accelerator. Acting as an accelerator to control speeds within the range of the bezel, it allows the operator to make subtle adjustments for precise control without interrupting the process or without having to move the hand to access the speed control bezel.
