The Green Nylon Roller Series 922 is a professional long-pile roller designed for those working on rough and semi-rough surfaces who cannot compromise on finish quality. The selected-quality polyamide fabric, hand-stitched, ensures even colour distribution even on the most uneven surfaces, reducing working time and product consumption.

The 20 mm long pile penetrates effectively into cavities and surface irregularities, ensuring complete coverage from the very first pass. Absorption capacity is maximum, and colour dispersion is uniform and consistent across the full width of the roller.

The structure is built to last: the Ø 58 mm polypropylene tube ensures strength and stability during application, while the ergonomic T/7 mm plastic handle provides a secure grip and reduces fatigue even during extended work sessions. The fabric is resistant to solvents and easy to wash, features that significantly extend the roller's useful life compared with lower-end products.

Also available in a refillable version, compatible with the same handle, for those who prefer to replace only the sleeve and reduce long-term costs.

Before use, slightly moisten the roller cover with water for water-based paints, or with the appropriate thinner for solvent-based paints, to help the product absorb initially.

Dip the roller into the paint using a suitable tray, rolling it back and forth to distribute the product evenly over the cover without overloading it. Apply to the surface with regular W-shaped or crisscross strokes to ensure an even coat, finishing with parallel passes in the desired final direction.

After use, wash the roller immediately and thoroughly with water for water-based paints or with the solvent specified for the product used, until all paint is completely removed. Careful cleaning after each use significantly extends the life of the cover.
