The Nylon Ribbed Roller Refill Series 730 is a professional replacement sleeve designed for those who work on large surfaces and want a product that lasts over time without compromising application quality. The selected-quality ribbed polyamide fabric, hand-stitched, is among the most wear-resistant in its category, making it particularly suitable for intensive job sites and continuous use.

The 23 mm long pile penetrates deeply into surface irregularities, ensuring even, consistent coverage even on large areas. The ribbed texture of the sleeve optimises product distribution, reducing waste and improving overall yield per square metre.

The removable version allows you to replace only the sleeve while keeping the handle already in use, reducing long-term costs and making cleaning quicker and more effective. The polypropylene tube Ø 58 mm is compatible with standard 58 mm handles.

Insert the refill onto the 58 mm handle tube, sliding it down until it stops. Before use, slightly moisten the sleeve with water for water-based paints, or with the appropriate thinner for solvent-based paints, to make the initial absorption of the product easier.
Immerse the roller in the paint using a suitable tray, rolling it back and forth to distribute the product evenly over the sleeve without overloading it. For large surfaces, apply with regular W-shaped or crisscross movements to ensure an even finish, then complete with parallel strokes in the final desired direction.
After use, remove the sleeve from the tube and wash it immediately and thoroughly with water for water-based paints, or with the solvent specified for the product used, until the paint is completely removed. Careful cleaning after each use significantly extends the life of the sleeve.
