High-performance water-based satin acrylic system, designed to adhere to vertical and horizontal tiles in domestic environments (kitchen, bathroom, children's rooms…) and in public places with high foot traffic, it is perfect for floors in porcelain stoneware, terracotta, and concrete.
The REVIVE system consists of the REVIVE water-based enamel to be mixed with the specific REVIVE Active activator and, in the case of application on floors, with REVIVE Antiskid which gives slip resistance to the product.

Uses:
The REVIVE system is applicable to various types of surfaces such as walls and flooring, both cement and in tiles of stoneware, terracotta, or Clinker. It is suitable for use in kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, and in public places such as shops, offices, healthcare environments, schools, and locations subject to HACCP.

Mixing:
Add one bottle of 31100100 REVIVE Active for each 0.750-liter package and 3 bottles for the 2.5-liter package. Mix thoroughly and let sit for 10 minutes, then proceed with any dilution or application.
Theoretical yield:
8-12 m²/l per coat, depending on the absorption of the support.
APPLICATION CYCLE:
Preparation of the REVIVE system
Add one bottle of REVIVE Active for each 0.750-liter package of REVIVE and 3 bottles for the 2.5-liter package.
Mix thoroughly and, after about 10 minutes, proceed with any dilution.
The adhesion promoter will be effective for no more than 3 days, after which it will simply be necessary to restore its addition.
To provide a non-slip effect, the last layer must be additive with REVIVE Antiskid to be added at the rate of one bottle for each 0.750-liter package and 3 bottles for the 2.5-liter package.
Preparation of the support
Ensure that the residual moisture of the support does not exceed 5% to avoid possible detachment.
Also, check that the temperature of the support is not below 10°C.
Cement: Ensure that the support has at least 1 month of curing and is well dried and free of dirt, dust, and loose parts.
Depending on the degree of absorption of the support, apply one or more coats of consolidating isolator 23400003 TITANCRIL diluted 1:3 with water, mix very well and distribute the product evenly.
Wait at least 6 hours and apply REVIVE.
Tiles:
The surface must be perfectly degreased, free of detergent residues, and dry. To avoid water stagnation, outdoor pavements must have a minimum slope of 15mm per meter as prescribed by standard UNI 11146, which deals with "Criteria for the design, construction, and testing of concrete pavements."
The application system and the preparation of the supports must be evaluated and chosen based on the current state and the conditions to which the support itself will be exposed.
Supports:
Supports must be sound, clean (free of oil and grease), dry, and free of salt efflorescence, mold, algae, or fungi.
For cleaning surfaces contaminated by microorganisms, use Biosistem Titansan.
They should not be crumbling or have parts detaching.
Preparation of supports: Sand the surfaces to improve adhesion, clean the supports, and consolidate those that are crumbling.
Repair surface defects with the application of suitable professional construction products.
Do not apply the product on new plasters for at least 4 weeks.
Application methods:
New cement screed floors:
Apply one or more coats of consolidating isolator 23400003 TITANCRIL diluted 1:3 with water;
Finally, apply, with a short pile roller, two coats of the REVIVE system diluted 5-10% by volume with water, with an interval of 4-6 hours between coats.
Damaged and irregular cement screed floors, or outdoors:
Degreasing and cleaning of the support; removal of inconsistencies and parts detaching from the old finishing cycle with a single brush;
Remove any presence of oil and grease by shot blasting or removing the affected part of the support; restore any removed parts with suitable anti-shrink fiber-reinforced cement mortars;
Apply one or more coats of consolidating isolator 23400003 TITANCRIL diluted 1:3 with water;
Finally, apply, with a short pile roller, two coats of the REVIVE system diluted 5-10% by volume with water, with an interval of 4-6 hours between coats.
Tiled floors:

Walls already painted with well-anchored washable paints:
Apply a preliminary coat of the REVIVE system diluted 2:1 with water;

Irregular plasters, drywall, and plaster finishes:
Even out the surfaces by sanding them with TITANSTUCCO, wait for complete drying and sand to eliminate smudges and excess putty;
Apply one or more coats of consolidating isolator 23400003 TITANCRIL diluted 1:3 with water
Finally, apply, with a short pile roller, two coats of the REVIVE system diluted 5-10% by volume with water, with an interval of 4-6 hours between coats.
Tiled walls:
Check that the tiles are perfectly anchored to the support; if not, remove them and replace them with similar tiles and wait for the adhesives/grouts to dry;
Degrease, sand the supports, and brush;
Perform a preliminary sampling to verify perfect adhesion to the support;
Apply, with a short pile roller, two coats of the REVIVE system diluted 5-10% by volume with water, with an interval of 4-6 hours between coats.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Do not apply REVIVE on surfaces with water stagnation, nor on shower trays or bathtubs.
REVIVE can only be tinted with the color pastes of the Colormaker Tintometric Systems.
REVIVE can be walked on with caution after 6-8 hours from application and reaches maximum resistance after about 15 days; during this time, do not cover the support with cardboard, tarps, etc., except temporarily, to allow for proper drying.
Due to the various types of existing flooring, we suggest performing a preliminary test on a test area before proceeding with the total painting of the premises.
The presence of any waxes, silicones, greases, or otherwise unsuitable supports may compromise the adhesion of the product.
For outdoor use, avoid application in anticipation of high atmospheric humidity (see formation of frost or dew) or in anticipation of rain for the first 6/7 days after application as these may hinder the correct film formation of REVIVE.
After a week from application, the applied product must be sanded if it is necessary to apply another coat and/or make touch-ups.
Do not clean with alcohol-based detergents.
