Megasid Filler Polyester Filler with Low VOC Antirust Filler and Insulator 750ml - 3 LT

Two-component polyester primer that can be used for total or partial refurbishments of industrial vehicles and cars. MEGASID POLYESTER PRIMER has perfect flow, excellent adhesion on various substrates, and good anti-rust properties. MEGASID POLYESTER PRIMER is used by spraying as a filling primer or as a filling insulator. It can be applied on polyester primers and fillers, fiberglass, gel coats, primers, and epoxy primers.

Polyester putty 
During application and drying time, ventilate the room. It is recommended to use appropriate PPE during the application phase. Before operating, carefully read the safety data sheet.

BEIGE Coloring 

APPLICATION:
After adding the catalyst in the appropriate quantities, it can be applied by spraying. It is recommended to apply 2 to 4 coats for a maximum final thickness of 800 microns, with a pressure of 3 to 5 atm and a nozzle of 2.5 - 4 mm. The MEGASID POLYESTER PRIMER is already ready to use; it can be diluted with a specific solvent up to 10% depending on the desired results.
You can start with a light coat, wait 5/10 minutes depending on the ambient temperature, then proceed to spray one or two full coats, waiting 5/10 minutes for drying between coats. Alternatively, depending on the use, a single thick coat can be applied.
Do not apply on damp surfaces.
