MEGASID 200 is a complete kit for the reconstruction of missing parts of plastic and fiberglass products, consisting ofpolyester resin , with its paste hardener, thefiberglass fabric a small glass for mixing.
The kit includes:
200gr of polyester resin + relative hardener;
1 Sheet of fiberglass (glass wool) 125 cm x 20 cm (+ -)
Application:
- prepare the surface to be treated by cleaning it from grease and salt;
- Add its hardener to the resin, in the ratio of 1 3%, and mix the two welle
components in the glass;
- Apply the resin on the glass fabric avoiding, by means of a brush, the formation of
air bubbles and impregnating the fiber well; depending on the thickness of the fiberglass
desired to apply more coats with the same technique.
- Let it dry.
- Do not apply on damp surfaces.
Practical advice:
Remove the glass wool and catalyst from the cap, use the cap as a beaker to mix the components.
