MEGASID 200 Kit 200 gr polyester resin and 0.25 m2 glass wool plastic and fiberglass repair

MEGASID 200 is a complete kit for reconstructing missing parts of plastic and fiberglass artifacts, consisting of polyester resin, with its paste hardener, fiberglass fabric, and a mixing cup.

The kit includes:
200g of polyester resin + corresponding hardener;
1 Sheet of fiberglass (glass wool) 125 cm x 20 cm (+-)

Practical tips:
Remove the glass wool and the catalyst from the cap, use the cap as a cup to mix the components.

Application:
- prepare the surface to be treated by cleaning it from grease and salt;
- Add the hardener to the resin, in the ratio of 1 - 3 %, and mix the two components well in the cup;
- Apply the resin on the fiberglass using a brush to avoid the formation of air bubbles and thoroughly impregnating the fiber; depending on the desired thickness of the resin glass, apply more layers using the same technique.
- Allow to dry.
- Do not apply on damp surfaces.
