Mapei Planitop Rasa & Ripara Zero is a rapid-setting thixotropic cementitious mortar designed for skim coating, levelling and repairing interior and exterior surfaces before the installation of coverings or final finishing. Its formulation allows effective work on walls and floors, filling irregularities, hairline cracks, holes and surface defects up to 40 mm thick without sagging, shrinkage or cracking. Thanks to its high adhesion to cement-based substrates and good mechanical strength, Planitop Rasa & Ripara Zero makes it possible to obtain compact, stable and even surfaces suitable for receiving tiles, coverings or other finishing systems. The product is suitable for restoration, maintenance and subfloor preparation work in residential, commercial and professional settings and is available in 5 kg and 25 kg formats.

Recommended applications:

The substrate must be clean, solid, and free of dust, oils, or loose parts; for very absorbent substrates, slight pre-wetting is recommended. Mix Planitop Rasa & Ripara Zero with clean water until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is obtained, then apply with a trowel or steel float, spreading the material to the desired thickness, up to a maximum of 40 mm. The mortar adheres perfectly to the substrate and allows easy finishing before hardening, ensuring a surface ready for subsequent processing. The product is supplied in 5 kg and 25 kg bags.
