MapePUR All in One Foam is a self-expanding foam packaged in a pressurized can with a special dispensing valve that allows for both manual dispensing and dispensing using the MapePUR Gun Standard. Unlike regular cans, MapePUR All in One Foam allows for two different methods of use with a single product, to meet all needs. MapePUR All in One Foam is a one-component foam made from a mixture of polyurethane prepolymer, special foaming agents, and special additives, completely free from CFCs and therefore not harmful to the ozone layer. Due to atmospheric humidity, after extrusion, the product expands in volume and hardens quickly, forming a stable closed-cell structure with excellent mechanical characteristics and high thermal and acoustic insulation properties. MapePUR All in One Foam is waterproof, resistant to heat and cold, from -40°C to +90°C, to humidity, and aging. The foam has excellent adhesion to all materials commonly used in construction such as bricks, concrete, plaster, wood, metals, glass, expanded polystyrene, PVC, and rigid polyurethane foams, and it also resists the formation of fungi and moss. After curing, the produced foam can be cut, sanded, polished, drilled, and coated with cementitious finishes or paints. The product, evaluated according to the German standard DIN 4102 part 1, belongs to the flammability class B2. MapePUR All in One Foam has good thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
