Install the MFHX 08-24T static mixer onto the outlet of the SikaForce 420 L45 two-component cartridge, ensuring it is properly secured.

During extrusion, the two components pass through the internal elements of the static mixer and are mixed before exiting the nozzle.

Before starting the bonding process, check that the product coming out of the mixer is uniformly mixed.

After a pause long enough to cause the adhesive inside the mixer to harden, use a new nozzle before resuming application.
