For a uniform finish, use the 3M Hookit 260L abrasive disc, with aluminum oxide mineral. Use it to dull the clear coat and remove paint defects. The discs can be easily removed from the backing pads. They are faster and easier to use than scratch pads and quicker and more hygienic than wet sanding.
