SikaFast®-331 L05 Two-Component Acrylic Structural Adhesive 490 ml 10:1

SikaFast®-331 L05 is a two-component acrylic structural adhesive, packaged in a 490 ml cartridge with a 10:1 mix ratio, Replacement for SikaFast 3131, designed to create fast, high-strength structural bonds in industrial applications and vehicle manufacturing. Thanks to its rapid mechanical strength development, it reduces assembly times and increases productivity without compromising bond quality. The modified flexible formulation ensures a high capacity to absorb impacts, vibrations, and dynamic stresses, while maintaining excellent adhesion even at low temperatures. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, or other contaminants. Install the suitable static mixer on the 490 ml cartridge and use a professional gun for two-component cartridges with a 10:1 mixing ratio. Extrude a small amount of product before application to verify that the components are mixed correctly. Apply the adhesive and join the parts within the open time, maintaining a joint thickness between 0.5 and 3 mm. The recommended application temperature is between +15 °C and +25 °C. Avoid stressing the joint during the curing phase.

Completely emptied packaging must be disposed of in the separate waste collection system in accordance with your local municipality's regulations. Any uncured adhesive residue must be disposed of as special waste in compliance with current regulations. Do not release the product or container into the environment.
