The new BIGFOOT Mille eccentric rotary polisher has been introduced in the range of polishers to fill the gap between rotary and random orbital polishers. The Mille is a combination of power, ergonomics, efficiency, and represents the ideal solution for all operators who prefer the use of a rotoeccentric polisher. Equipped with new innovative features and a revolutionary clockwise rotation movement, the BIGFOOT Mille ensures effective defect removal, versatility, and high performance, with an ergonomic design designed for operator comfort and efficiency in use.

ROTOECCENTRICThe operator disc, typically circular, describes an orbit (the amplitude of which depends on the distance between the rotation axis of the motor shaft and the central axis of the operator disc) and is simultaneously constrained to rotate around its own central axis (typically with the aid of a gear). The number of orbits per turn of the disc is always constant and depends on the parameters of the gear used. The gear driven movement is more aggressive on surfaces compared to the random orbital and generally generates a higher level of vibrations.

HOURLY ROTATION
The BIGFOOT Mille uses an electric motor specifically designed and developed by RUPES. This design allows for a clockwise rotational movement, providing a greater level of control and comfort for the operator. This feature sets the Mille apart from other polishers that have a counterclockwise movement, which can increase lateral push and make polishing operations more tiring.

ELECTRIC CABLE 9 METERS
The new 9-meter electric cable, longer than the standard, saves time and eliminates the need for extensions, allowing you to move freely around the car during the various polishing stages.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
The speed adjustment module allows you to adjust the speed according to the specific application. The speed controller with preset notched rotation allows you to polish exactly at the speed level required by the ongoing activity and can also be adjusted during use, avoiding any type of interruption.

PROGRESSIVE ACCELERATOR
The LK 900E polisher is equipped with a progressive accelerator that allows for an additional level of control over the rotation speed. The accelerator, along with the speed regulator, enables the operator to control the correct speed and make any adjustments quickly and accurately without interrupting the polishing operations.

DOUBLE RUBBER SUPPORT
Every aspect of the Mille has been studied in minute detail. Two rubber supports have been placed on the body of the polisher so that it can be positioned on any surface in a stable and secure manner when not in use.
