The sandable acrylic body filler primer DeBeer 8-145 HS Surfacer is a high-build 2K two-component primer designed to prepare metal surfaces in bodywork before final painting. Its formulation offers excellent sanding properties, making it possible to achieve a smooth, even surface ready for the next finishing stages. It can be used either as a sandable primer or as a wet-on-wet primer, making work easier on bare steel, primed aluminum, fiberglass (GRP), and properly sanded and degreased polyester fillers. The kit includes 1 L of primer and 500 ml of hardener, ensuring an optimal mixing ratio and high performance for professional bodywork applications.
Main advantages: high-build 2K formulation for excellent leveling, excellent workability and dry sanding, the option of application as a wet-on-wet primer, a smooth and stable finish before painting, compatibility with various substrates in professional bodywork, and practical use even for advanced jobs.

Instructions for use and essential technical data: mix DeBeer 8-145 HS Surfacer with the appropriate DeBeer hardener according to the recommended mixing ratio (e.g. 6:1 primer : HS420 Hardener + max 25% Uni Thinner) to obtain a consistency suitable for spray application with a spray gun. Apply 1 to 3 coats with a film thickness of 60 μm to 180 μm, allowing an interval of 5–10 minutes between coats; the product becomes dust free in 20–30 min and sandable after about 16 hours. It can be sanded with suitable grits before painting. The primer is available in grey, white and black, offering aesthetic and functional versatility for different surface preparations. It is recommended to prepare the surface by sanding, thorough degreasing, and using wash primer where necessary before applying the primer.
