Sika Primer-507 is based on Purform technology, an industry-leading polyurethane with less than 0.1% monomeric diisocyanate for improved health and safety protection in the workplace. It is a black solvent-based primer, which reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer. This layer acts as a link between substrates and adhesives.i.

Sika Primer-507 is specifically formulated for the treatment of bond faces prior to the application of Sika elastic adhesives and sealants. This primer could provide excellent adhesion without prior activation step on many substrates. Sika Primer-507 fluoresces under long-wave UV light for a limited period of time. This function is used for process control.o.
