Shipping costs are fixed at 5.90, with orders over 50 the costs will be FREE Free only with GLS.LS).

You can buy anything you want at our online store at the end you will pay only 5.90 or nothing if your order exceeds 50€ 

In addition, shipping will be free even with BRT only if the order exceeds 150..

The order will be processed today by 14:00, except for some cases where it can be processed within 48H.

Delivery is via GLS courier, you will receive the goods the next day 2 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and Basilicata) 

DURING THIS PERIOD, THERE MAY ALSO BE DELAYS FOR THE WHOLE SOUTH AND CENTRAL ITALY.

  • Express Taxation12 / 48H, This type of shipment is carried out with DHL,it will be possible to use this service only if the order is placed before and no later than 11:30 am, if the order is placed after the scheduled time it will be shipped the next day.

For all shipments, tracking will be sent to you via email to follow the status of the shipment.

 

If you mistakenly select one of the paid options, you will need to write an email to customer service@netcoatings.com to have the amount refunded.

If you choose "CASH" as the payment method, you will need to have the exact amount to be delivered to the courier, if you refuse the payment at the time of delivery, increases up to 20 will be foreseen. 

What to do in case of damage due to transport or suspected lack of products:

  1. Express a specific reservation, ie accept the delivery but sign the courier's document by writing "I accept with reservation" specifying the reasons in detail.
