How to paint with a spray can? What is the ideal spraying distance and how to avoid drips?

To paint with a spray can, follow these steps:

• Surface preparation: Clean and degrease it well before applying the paint.
• Spraying distance: Keep the can about 20-30 cm away from the surface to be painted to achieve an even coverage.
• Movement: Spray in continuous horizontal or vertical motions, without stopping in one spot for too long, to avoid drips.
• Avoiding drips: Apply the paint in thin layers, allowing each layer to dry before applying the next. Do not spray too much in one go.

How many layers should be applied with a spray can?

The number of layers depends on the type of paint and the surface, but generally it is recommended to apply 2-3 thin layers. Let each layer dry before applying the next to achieve a smooth and durable finish.
