Sikaflex® SOLO is a primerless and solvent-free windshield adhesive that provides a 3-hour Minimum Drive-Away Time (MDAT).

Installations carried out with Sikaflex® SOLO do not leave unpleasant odors in the car after replacing the windshield.
Note: Application without primer on glass requires glass preparation using an automotive-grade glass cleaner such as Sika® Cleaner G+P.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, dust, and contaminants.
The bonding surfaces must be prepared with an automotive-grade glass cleaner such as Sika® Cleaner G+P.
Sikaflex® SOLO is able to bond to glass and screen prints without further pre-treatment.

APPLICATION:
is recommended to apply the adhesive with a piston-type gun. Sikaflex® SOLO can be applied with good quality manual guns.
Remember that viscosity will increase at low temperatures. For easy application, bring the adhesive to room temperature before use.
Open time is significantly shorter in hot and humid climates. The glass must always be installed within the open time.
Never install glass after the adhesive has formed a skin
RIMOZIONE:
Sikaflex® SOLO unpolymerized can be removed from tools and equipment with Sika® Remover-208 or another suitable solvent.
Once hardened, the material can only be removed mechanically.
Hands and exposed skin should be washed immediately using hand wipes such as Sika® Cleaner-350H or a suitable industrial hand cleaner and water.
Do not use solvents on the skin.
