GENERAL INFORMATION

8-145XX HS Surfacer White is a highly filling 2K polyurethane primer with excellent sanding properties, which can be used

also as a wet-on-wet surface. Its use is extremely easy and it is an apparently very resistant product.

SUBSTRATE

8-14510 HS Surfacer White should only be applied to pure steel, primed aluminum, GRP, polyester fillers, OEM primers and obsolete paint jobs in good, well sanded, blown and degreased condition. (Use 1-15 Washprimer for maximum durability and rust protection.)

SURFACE PREPARATION

Pre-clean the surface with 1-951 Silicone Remover and dry with a cloth. Sand the surface with P180 - P240 grit abrasive. Remove all sanding residues with compressed air, sanding vacuum and clean with 1-951 Silicone Remover and dry with a cloth. Final sanding before applying P280-P320 on sharp edges and GRP P400.

Mask the entire vehicle to avoid application fumes.
