DESCRIPTION
Polipur EI 180 is a single-component fire-resistant polyurethane foam for insulation and assembly developed to create a resistant seal between construction elements that allow a fire partition between rooms. Crosslinks via environmental humidity.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Used in linear joints according to EN 1366-4 in walls, ceilings, and floors. Excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, stone, plaster, wood, metals and various plastics such as polystyrene and polyurethane foam. For sealing doors and windows, fixing door frames and electrical panels, insulating tracks, electrical sockets and passages through walls where the spread of smoke and flames must be prevented.

APPLICATION
Shake well before use. Well cleaned and degreased surfaces can be moistened before application to improve adhesion and expansion; for optimal yield, it is advisable to operate around 20C. Apply by keeping the can facing downwards, paying attention when dosing the foam as, indicatively, the initial volume increases by about a third. For subsequent applications, return to an upright position and dispense for a few short moments; then clean the valve with Sigill CIOGLIUMA..
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT AND PERSONAL PROTECTION
Attention, do not touch the foam with your hands: non-hardened foam can be cleaned with FOAM SHAKER. If hardened, it can only be removed mechanically!
