The newrotary eccentric polisher BIGFOOT Mille was introduced in the range of polishers to bridge the gap between the rotary press and the random orbital polishers. The Mille is a combination of power, ergonomics, efficiency and is the ideal solution for all operators who prefer to use a roto-eccentric polisher. Equipped with new innovative features and a revolutionary clockwise rotation movement, the BIGFOOT Mille guarantees effective defect removal, versatility and high performance, with an ergonomic design designed for operator comfort and efficiency in use.

ROTOECCENTRIC : the operating disc, typically circular, describes an orbit (whose amplitude depends on the distance between the rotation axis of the drive shaft and the central axis of the operating disc) and is at the same time also constrained to rotate around its own central axis (typically thanks to the help of a gear). The number of orbits at each revolution of the disc is always constant and depends on the parameters of the gear used. The gear driven movement is more aggressive on surfaces than the random orbital and generates a generally higher level of vibration.

CLOCKWISE ROTATION
The BIGFOOT Mille uses an electric motor specially designed and developed by RUPES. This design allows for a clockwise rotation movement, which allows for a greater level of control and comfort for the operator. This feature differentiates the Mille from other polishers that have an anti-clockwise movement that can increase lateral thrust and make polishing operations more tiring.

9 METER ELECTRIC CABLE
The new electric cable of 9 meters longer than the standard, saves time and avoids the need to use extensions, allowing you to freely turn around the car during the various polishing phases.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
The speed adjustment module allows you to adjust the speed according to the specific application. The speed regulator with preset jerky rotation allows you to polish exactly at the speed level required by the activity in progress and can also be adjusted during use, avoiding any type of interruption.

PROGRESSIVE ACCELERATOR
The LK 900E polisher is equipped with a progressive accelerator that allows you to add an additional level of rotation speed control. The accelerator, together with the speed regulator, allows the operator to control the correct speed and to make each adjustment quickly and precisely without interrupting the polishing operations.

DOUBLE RUBBER SUPPORT
Every aspect of the Mille has been studied in detail. Two rubber supports have been positioned on the body of the polisher so that it can be placed on any support surface in a stable and safe way when not in use
