The two-component putty MEGASID ALUMINUM PASTA is a formulation based on unsaturated polyester resins and aluminum paste; it is an extremely tenacious and resistant product, while retaining good characteristics of spreadability and sandability.
It is mainly used on aluminum bodies and for the reconstruction of missing body parts. Thanks to its innovative formulation it is suitable for being drilled and threaded and can also be used successfully to replace some welds.

APPLICATION:
- Make sure that the surfaces to be grouted are perfectly dry and clean, in case of application on bare sheet metal, sand it with P 80 and P 150 abrasive papers;
- Take the quantity to use from the jar with clean tools, adding 1 - 3 grams of hardener for every 100 grams of product; Mix this quantity by amalgamating the two components well;;
- Apply the filler on the surface to be worked on, bearing in mind that the product can be sanded (dry P 80 P 120 grit) after about 30 - 40 minutes; the hardening times can be altered according to the ambient temperature: they shorten with temperatures above 25 C and lengthen with lower temperatures;i;
- Do not put catalysed and/or unused grout back into the can to prevent the entire contents of the can from deteriorating;
- Close the jar after use, in order to prevent the product from hardening in contact with air.

Apply the filler to the surface to be worked on, keeping in mind that the product can be sanded (grit P 80 – P 120 dry) after about 30 - 40 minutes; the curing times may vary depending on the ambient temperature: they shorten with temperatures above 25 °C and lengthen with lower temperatures;
Do not return catalyzed and/or unused filler to the jar to avoid deteriorating the entire contents of the jar;
Close the jar after use to prevent the product from hardening upon contact with air.
