1 kg Borma Glass 2k Bicomponent Glass Effect Epoxy Resin

Special formulated two-component epoxy-based with a glass effect, characterized by exceptional transparency, suitable for filling cavities and imperfections in various materials and for performing encapsulations and castings for decorative purposes. Glass 2K is suitable for bonding various materials, either to each other or to themselves such as: wood, glass, marble, painted materials, etc. (other materials must be verified in advance)
Borma Glass 2K can be colored and/or used as a binder for mixtures.
To be used in combination with the appropriate catalyst in a ratio of 100:40.

Surface Preparation:

STEEL
- Blast clean with suitable abrasives to grade Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1:2007) or SSPC-SP10 - NACE No 2.
- A roughness profile (Rz) of 35-50 μm (ISO 8503-4:2012) is recommended.
- For moderately aggressive environments or maintenance work, brush blast to grade St 3 (ISO 8501-1:2007).

Disposal:

- Catalyst Jar: FE40 - Iron Collection
- Catalyst Cap: HDPE02 - Plastic Collection

Recycle only if perfectly clean and empty.
