PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
USUAL USES
It is indicated for painting valuable items in general.
GENERAL FEATURES
Forms a pleasant-looking film, has good adhesion, after pre-treatment or sanding, on iron, aluminum and its alloys, galvanized sheet metal and fiberglass supports. It also has excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, good resistance to chemical agents, fuels, and good resistance to solvents.
APPLICATION
These glazes can be applied as well as with traditional guns.
RECOMMENDED CYCLES
It can be applied on aluminum and alloys, directly on the substrate if previously pre-treated or sanded.
To obtain greater anchoring on aluminum and galvanized sheet metal and a better anticorrosive effect on iron and its alloys, we recommend the prior application of a primer.
It is recommended that air drying takes place at a temperature not lower than +5C and with relative humidity higher than 70%..
Temperatures lower than + 5C and relative humidity higher than 70% can cause whitening and surface defects of the film..
It can always be overcoated however, after more than 12 hours of air drying or accelerated oven drying, a light sanding before overspraying is advisable.
AIR DRYING:
dust free: 20 - 30 min
to the touch: 3 - 4 hours
in depth: 24 hours
