DESCRIPTION

Sikaflex®-521 UV Format 300ml is a one-component weather-resistant sealant based on Silane Terminated Polymers (STP) that cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture.

This multi-purpose product is suitable for sealing applications for both indoor and outdoor use.

Available in 600ml size

APPLICATION FIELDS

Sikaflex®-521 UV adheres well to a wide range of substrates and is suitable for elastic bonding and sealing.

Suitable substrates are wood, metals, metal primers and painted surfaces (two-component systems), ceramic and plastic materials.

Ask the manufacturer for advice and conduct tests on the original substrates before using Sikaflex®-521 UV on materials subject to stress cracking.

This product is suitable only for experienced professional users.

How to use it:
Sikaflex®-521 UV can be worked with between 5 °C and 40 °C, but variations in reactivity and application properties should be considered.

The optimal temperature for substrates and sealant is between 15 °C and 25 °C. Sikaflex®-521 UV can be worked with manual, pneumatic, or electric piston guns, as well as with pumping equipment.
